The organization at the RRB Kolkata consists of the senior administrative grade Chairman at the helm with an Assistant Secretary to support him. The other staff includes 27 Group C and 11 Group D employees.
The Recruitment Methodology
The process of recruitment is started when the need arises in the departments coming under jurisdictional divisions under this Board. The Board publishes the notification in the Employment Newspaper and also puts up the same in the official website for the aspirants to know. The eligible candidates can apply through manual application forms that are normally come along with the notification. All essential formalities are to be set up as a part of the recruitment drive that will feature a written test (covering General Knowledge, Basic English and Mathematics objective type questionnaire) and an interview to follow.
